COUNTERSENSE OutWorld Project follows Cara’s story as it travels through the world — capturing human existence in its contemporary forms, with humour.
Based on the theatre piece Countersense, Erika Webe embarks on a journey to film each chapter of this project from wherever she finds herself during 2025.
The goal is to take Cara’s story beyond the black box, into the faces of the world— to share this journey across cultures, staying close to people, and reminding us that life itself can also be lived in a theatrical state of being.
Developed as a transdisciplinary film series, the project explores the boundaries between fiction, performance, and real life.
